Co-op or Interim Experience

Age Profile: 18 - 22

Length: Minimum 1 month

Cost: $575 CDN (per month)

Program Focus:

This program provides ideal opportunities for mature students seeking to gain experience and/or employment related to animal husbandry (i.e. veterinarian technician or veterinarian medicine and/or outdoor adventure tourismAnimal Husbandry (i.e. facilitator or guide). This program also provides students interested in environmental studies an opportunity to conduct post-secondary research projects involving wildlife rehabilitation and habitat conservation. Our provincially licensed facilities include a 250 hectare outdoor classroom and provide numerous opportunities for participants to gain valuable, experiential field knowledge. Participants also develop facilitator skills through determining, researching, and presenting an ISES -related topic.
